Refund Policy

1. Custom Order Basis

All peptide products are treated as special-order items.

Upon order confirmation, GCC Peptide Lab may immediately initiate processes including:

• Procurement and sourcing

• Preparation or compounding

• Labeling and allocation

• Controlled storage or handling

Accordingly, orders cannot be canceled, modified, returned, exchanged, credited, or refunded after confirmation, including in cases of:

• Change of mind

• Treatment delays or postponement

• Scheduling conflicts

• Decision not to proceed

2. Research / Investigational Use Acknowledgment

By placing an order, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

• Certain peptide products may be supplied on a research-use and/or investigational basis, where applicable.

• The client fully understands and accepts this classification.

• The client assumes full responsibility for requesting and proceeding with such products.

3. No Refund After Confirmation

Once an order has been:

• Confirmed

• Processed

• Prepared

• Reserved or allocated

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, except:

• Where required by applicable law, or

• Where GCC Peptide Lab is unable to fulfill the order due solely to its own operational limitations

4. No Returns or Reuse

For health, safety, and regulatory compliance reasons:

• Peptide products cannot be returned once prepared, dispensed, or released

• Items cannot be restocked, reused, or reassigned to another client

As such, returns and exchanges are not permitted

5. Client Responsibility

The client is solely responsible for confirming their decision before placing an order, including:

• Reviewing pricing and payment terms

• Confirming protocol selection and dosage

• Ensuring availability and scheduling

Once confirmed, the order is binding and non-reversible

6. Postponement, Cancellation, or Discontinuation

If the client:

• Postpones treatment

• Cancels or misses an appointment

• Becomes medically unsuitable

• Discontinues the protocol

• Chooses not to proceed for any reason

The peptide order will remain non-refundable and non-transferable

7. Limitation of Liability

GCC Peptide Lab shall not be liable for any loss, cost, claim, or damage arising from:

• Change of mind or personal decision

• Misunderstanding of product classification or intended use

• Treatment discontinuation or delay

• Missed or rescheduled appointments

• Use or misuse of peptide products outside their intended scope

8. Regulatory, Clinical & Safety Compliance

GCC Peptide Lab reserves the right to:

• Enforce this policy in full compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards

• Decline to supply, release, or administer any peptide product where deemed:

  • Clinically inappropriate

  • Unsafe

  • Non-compliant with internal protocols or regulatory requirements

Acknowledgment

By proceeding with any peptide order, the client confirms that they:

• Have read and understood this policy

• Accept that peptide orders are custom, final, and non-refundable

• Agree to comply with all terms outlined above
